Nonye Cally

With over 19 years of experience in HR consulting and coaching, Nonye Cally-Bechi has helped improve profit, productivity, and people performance. She has held multiple senior roles, including COO at Poise Nigeria, Head of HR & Programmes, and Group Head of Programmes & Research. Nonye has trained 60,000+ youths and 20,000+ executives across sectors and levels. She is a Chartered HR Practitioner, member of CIPM, NITAD, and WIMBIZ, and holds a certificate in Organisational Culture from Culture Factor Africa. Her passion for youth, women, and the girl child is evident in her mentorship, board roles with Motherhood Initiative Nigeria and Transforming Life Initiatives, and advocacy for maternal and teenage wellness. She is a certified image consultant, corporate trainer, and expert in capacity development and gender issues. She holds a Bachelor’s in Performing Arts from the University of Ilorin and a Master’s from the University of Ibadan, and she currently heads HR at Thyaura Partners & Concept Ltd.
