Titlayo holds a degree from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria, and is an alumna of both the Lagos Business School, Owner-Manager Program and the Stanford Seed Leadership Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business alongside other professional certifications, awards and recognitions, including Certificate for Infection Prevention and Control, Certificate for Health Safety & Environment (HSE) She is also an IRATA-certified professional, trained by the Industrial Rope
Access Trade Association (UK) and a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
